An electronic Special Edition of the Journal is published every even-numbered calendar year, with the most notable papers from the previously held Conference of the Serbian National Committee for Large Power Networks, CIGRE of Serbia, https://cigresrbija.rs /, prepared with at least 30% new content of the paper compared to the already presented conference paper and with additional peer review.

Every odd-numbered calendar year, an electronic Special Edition of the Journal is published, with the most notable papers from the previously held Council of the National Committee for Electricity Distribution Networks, CIRED Serbia, http://ciredserbia.org .rs/, with regional participation, prepared with at least 30% new content of the paper compared to the already presented conference paper and with additional peer review.

The Journal has an open invitation to conference organizers for partnership, with the aim of creating and issuing electronic Special Editions of the Journal, with the most notable papers from national, regional and international conferences and other organizations interested in publishing selected papers in the Journal, in calendar years after the years of their maintenance.

The conditions for consideration and possible publication of works are:
• that the authors of the selected papers provide at least 30% of the new content of the paper compared to the already presented conference paper,
• that the expanded manuscripts should be formatted according to the Instructions issued by the Journal i
• additional peer review of thus supplemented and prepared manuscripts, provided in cooperation by the Publisher and the organizer of the partner Conference, at least one peer review from each side, for each manuscript submitted for publication.
